- Authors
SEMERAD, RYAN A.
- Abstract
The article discusses a cumulative error claim which is based on the proposition that a petitioner's due process right to a fair trial was violated due to the aggregate effect of multiple errors, and it mentions the U.S. federal habeas corpus review procedures and America's state courts. U.S. constitutional and federal claims are examined, along with the country's federal circuit courts and a legal case involving defendant Warren Summerlin who had his death sentence was vacated.
