- Abstract
The article focuses on a rare presentation of Whipple's disease (WD) in a 53-year-old patient, marked by palatal tremor, ocular and perioral myokymia, and sensorimotor neuropathy. Topics include the patient's unusual symptoms, diagnostic challenges and findings including positive CSF PCR for Tropheryma whipplei, and the treatment regimen involving ceftriaxone, hydroxychloroquine, and cotrimoxazole.
