- Abstract
This document is a correction notice for an article titled "Advancing drug-target interaction prediction: a comprehensive graph-based approach integrating knowledge graph embedding and ProtBert pretraining" published in BMC Bioinformatics. The authors of the article have identified errors in calculating the percentages of improvement and deterioration among DTIOG variants in the Results and discussion section. The corrections have been made and are highlighted in Additional file 1. Springer Nature, the publisher, remains neutral regarding jurisdictional claims and institutional affiliations. The authors of the article are Warith Eddine Djeddi, Khalil Hermi, Sadok Ben Yahia, and Gayo Diallo.
