- Abstract
The article focuses on the fundamental disagreement among the judges of the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania for addressing the method of reviewing Community Correction Facility (CCF) cases. Topics discussed include Medina v. Pennsylvania Board of Probation and Parole court case on preventing parolees in CCFs from being credited with time served against their sentence; and analysis of personal critique and an examination of the policy of the facility.
