- Abstract
The article presents a case study of 32-year-old man presented with soft, painless, subcutaneous swellings over the face and right ear lobe. Topics discussed include history of treatment for multibacillary leprosy with ulcerative erythema nodosum leprosum; subcutaneous soft tissue swellings, submandibular salivary glands, and cervical lymph node enlargement revealed in ultrasonography; and diagnosis of Kimura's disease by histopathological examination.
