- Abstract
The article describes the case of a nine-year old boy with persistent right anterior neck mass and was diagnosed with jugular phebectasia. The patient was evaluated for vascular etiology and possible arteriovenous or dilated venous malformation. It describes the etiology and features of the different classification of lateral neck lesions in children and discusses the differential diagnosis of jugular phebectasia.
