- Abstract
The article presents a case study involving a 71-year-old man with bilateral knee osteoarthritis who developed a rare complication, livedo reticularis, following an intra-articular injection of reticulated hyaluronic acid (HA). Topics include the patient's medical history, the clinical progression of the complication from erythematous to necrotic lesions, and diagnostic findings such as Doppler ultrasonography and skin biopsy results revealing intravascular material.
