- Abstract
The article focuses on the epidemiological training of infectious diseases. It discusses the development of infectious disease epidemiology in the fields of dynamical epidemiology and classical epidemiology. It explains the pedagogical approach bridging the traditional distinction between dynamical and classical epidemiology that can be used at various educational levels. It consists of real-time simulation of stochastic outbreak in participants.
