- Abstract
In view of the current situation that the open corrugated cartons still need to be manually folded and pre-sealed in the packaging line of sheet products, and finally be pushed into the carton packing machine affixed with adhesive strips, a three-dimensional model of the carton pre-sealing device was built using Solidworks, and a swing guide rod mechanism was used to achieve carton flip, and the flip device was optimized in ADAMS to determine the optimum parameters for the rod length. the experimental platform was built and the test results prove that the carton pre-sealing device is reasonably designed and structurally stable.
