- Abstract
The article discusses the case of a 68-year-old Japanese woman with immunoglobulin G4 (IgG4)-related sclerosing disease. She was taken to the hospital because of swelling in the left eye and the development of left palpebral edema. Several medical procedures were performed on the patient including the Schirmer test, magnetic resonance imaging, and an examination using the Hess chart.
