Le capitalisme impérialiste : fondements et fins dans la perspective horkheimérienne de la rationalité instrumentale.
- Authors
Mathieu, Angaman Kadio
- Abstract
Under the domination of the capital, the modem society is the product of the subjective reason, a ratio which generates a system based on the individual interest. For Horkheimer, it is the subjective reason which is the feeder sap of the modem society. Its goal lies in the exploitation and the domination of the man thus moving the objective of the reason on the way of its instrumentalisation. It is allocated to the man to direct his actions towards the objective reason, a pompous reason of values, able to face the fear and to inject a good amount of humanity in the human actions.
