- Abstract
In the article, the authors present a case of a 38-year-old married Muslim man who was rushed to the psychiatry department due to repeated thoughts of contamination and associated hand washing to analyze the condition called Miller-Fisher syndrome (MFS). He also showed fear of travelling alone to crowded places and occasional panic attacks. He was diagnosed with MFS and obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD).
