- Abstract
The concept of innovation has become a common space in many different areas of human activity. The complexity of innovation processes and the environment in which they develop generate the need for efficient and replicable models of understanding. The biomimetic analogy between evolutionary innovation in biological systems and business innovation models provides some guidelines of predictive analysis of innovative methodologies in the companys. These analogies show the link between Organizational Values and economic Cre-Action in a learning environment uptake and generation of consolidated innovation opportunities. The construction of biomimetic analogies is then very evident as the innovation process is fully systemic and functionally identical to the phenomenon of natural selection defined as the differential reproduction of genotypes of a biological population. And here is clear genotype identity as a business model that collects transmissible changes differentiating advantages qua generators add value to the individual and to the network of interdependent organisms that share the same environment.
