4 c 18/24 were treated with conventional surgeries prior to entering our institution: twelve with one surgery, four with two surgeries, and two with three surgeries. Cutaneous leiomyosarcoma (LMS) is a rare neoplasm of muscular origin. In patients with a positive margin(s), the residual tumor is excised with additional 0.5 margins, and the process is repeated.[3] 3 b FNCLCC: Histological classification of sarcomas, which determines the prognosis.
