- Abstract
The article describes the case of a 45-year-old man who presented with a bleeding scalp lesion that emitted an unpleasant smell. The lesion had been present since birth and clinical photography showed excessive growth and folding of the scalp. He was diagnosed with cutis verticis gyrata, which is classified into two forms such as the primary non-essential form.
