Selfcomplementary, selfreverse cyclic nucleotide sequences codonically invariant under frame shifting.

- Abstract
A cyclic nucleotide sequence is selfcomplementary if some circular permutation transfers it to a complementary sequence and (independently) is selfreverse if the cyclic order of nucleotides in both directions is the same. Moreover, it is codonically invariant under frame shifting if any shift of its frame does not alter the content and cyclic order of codons. We discuss sequences which may simultaneously have these three properties and exhibit color symmetry. Our considerations are also adapted for respective linear sequences.
