- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 32 year-old male with gunshot wounds in his chest. The patient undergone a left anterolateral resuscitative thoracotomy with aortic cross clamping as he went into a cardiac arrest. A hemodynamic improvement was noted after the patient's embolization. Management of the patient's condition throough exploratory laparotomy was found effective.
