Chapter 12 of the book "Silence in Philosophy, Literature, and Art" by Steven Bindeman is presented. Topics discussed include the works of philosopher Martin Heidegger and the role of the philosophy of silence in it, his book "Being and Time," and the breakdown of language. Also mentioned is a dialogue between Professor Tezuka Tomio and Heidegger.
