- Abstract
A case study is presented of a 39-year-old woman with progressive non-fluent aphasia (PNFA), apathy and dementia. On Neuropsychiatry Unit Cognitive assessment she was revealed with cognitive impairment, wherein magnetic resonance imaging also revealed increased white matter hyperintensities; further genetic analysis showed homozygous variant in Triggering Receptor Expressed On Myeloid Cells 2 without bone involvement.
