- Abstract
This section offers news briefs related to the American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP). Some changes to family medicine's curriculum have been proposed by the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME). A statement was issued by the AAFP about an appeal to the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District Court of New York's ruling on over-the-counter access to levenorgestrel. AAFP and other organizations have urged hospitals to reduce early elective deliveries.
