- Abstract
This study aims to examine the effect of workload, work-life balance, and mental health on performance mediated by work stress on lecturers in Bali. The research approach used in this study is a quantitative approach. The number of respondents in this study was 150 people who are lecturers in Bali. Data analysis used a structural Equation Model (SEM) approach assisted by smart PLS applications with three stages, namely outer model analysis for instrument testing, inner model analysis to determine the magnitude of influence and hypothesis testing. The test result shows that workload affects performance; work-life balance affects performance; mental health affects performance; workload affects work stress; work life balance has an effect on work stress; mental health affects work stress; and work stress affects performance. Work stress is able to mediate the effect of work life balance on work performance. For future research, it is hoped that future researchers can add other variables for research development.
