- Abstract
The article highlights the role of the Conference of the Parties in addressing climate change impact on Africa and other countries around the world. Topics mentioned include the increase incidence of drought, heat waves and reduced food production in Africa due to climate change, the need to achieve the proposed climate budget a year to avoid problems created by climate change, and the cost effectiveness of financing adaptation instead of relying on disaster relief.
