- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 55-year-old man with skin lesions, progressive deterioration of renal function, and pulmonary cheerios. Topics include glucocorticoids tapering developing new skin rashes, fever, distress, and renal impairment; and biopsy specimens being obtained from a pleural nodule, lymph node, and left kidney.
