- Abstract
The paper presents the need for organizational change and its characteristics. Also, the paper presents reasons for people's resistance to change and causes for organization's resistance to change. The paper presents an example related to counteract resistance to change through anticipative transformation, and another related to the abandonment of change process and effects of these actions on organizational performance.
