Class researches advertising for contraceptives.
- Authors

- Abstract
This article states that one of the most gratifying rewards of teaching is the opportunity to explore societal issues. Interestingly enough, however, the issue of televised condom advertising had not generated extensive media coverage when the course began, and public controversy developed as students were researching their products. The barrage of media attention resulting from the U.S. Surgeon General's endorsement of condoms as a preventative measure against AIDS provided an unanticipated momentum for the project.
