The article discusses the IRIS measurement plot system, a sound equipment used in auditoriums that provides access to three dimensional (3D) room acoustic analysis. Topics discussed include the functions of the IRIS plot such as relating sound reflections to physical features, observing the directional distribution of the sound energy, and identifying surfaces that causes problematic reflections.
