- Abstract
The article discusses blue-collar crime, any crime committed by an individual from a lower social class, in the U.S. and analyzes the history anti-labor union criminal conspiracy in the U.S. It examines complaints from employers against labor unions regarding violation of the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) Act that criminalizes acts performed as part of an ongoing criminal organization to understand the relationship between conspiracy law and workers' rights.
