- Abstract
The article presents information on the U.S. patent law and the issues related to the international protection of intellectual property. The transnational infringement liability, the concept of offer to sell of the patented products, and the adoption and application of clear rule in the case of transnational patent infringement are discussed. The impact of market globalization and the challenges faced in international transactions are also discussed.
