- Abstract
The article focuses on the impact of natural gas on indoor air quality and the potential health effects it can cause. It discuss the greenhouse gas emissions caused by natural gas, with methane being the primary constituent, which is 86 times more potent than carbon dioxide (CO2). It also highlight the pollutants that are released during gas cooking, including nitrogen dioxide (NO2), which has been a primary pollutant of health concern emitted uniquely by gas and not electric cooking.
