- Authors
Marshall, Martin
- Abstract
The article presents a case study of Mohamed Madani, a 34-year-old Iranian man who is fictious in terms of health benefits and lifestyle choices. Particular focus was given on the three key areas of uncertainties faced by general practitioners (GPs) on the case of Madani. Key areas include boundaries between health and wellbeing, boundaries between the patient's basic needs and collective needs of communities, and boudaries between self-care encouragement and professionalised care.
