Abstract
The article focuses on a research study suggesting that regular aerobic-exercise training including walking, swimming, and running can improve the risk of heart failure in people with sedentary behavior. Also discusses the role of the training in increasing oxygen activity and VO2 max in the body which similarly decreases cardiac stiffness.
