The article presents information on the recent developments in the labor and employment laws and legislations of Minnesota. The issues related to negligent misrepresentation, exclusion of agricultural workers from the minimum wage provision and protection from discharge in case of maternity leave are discussed. The laws based on wrongful termination and common law whistleblowers are also discussed.
