- Abstract
The article offers the author's insights on several ways for government contractors to devise predictable fringe benefit cost models and enforce benefit programs in the face of the Affordable Care Act (ACA). The author discusses several provisions relevant to contractors under the Service Contract Act (SCA). He says that preparing for ACA compliance must involve plans on how to contain costs. He suggests that contractors should classify their staff base into full-time and part-time under ACA.
