- Abstract
The article focuses on the issues concerning the case of Parker Excavating Inc., a small business in the U.S. which was contracted by the Directorate of Contracting (DOC) to fill requirements of DOC for underground electrical work in accordance with drawings. It states that the company has failed to provide the final drawings and until the design drawings were provided in August 2002 which the problems were to be discussed with DOC personnel. In connection, the clause found at Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 52.236-2 was incorporated by reference with the case.
