- Abstract
The article focuses on the significance of the U.S. constitution's commerce clause and the role Supreme Court in realization of legislative laws associated with public health. It mentions various aspects on Supreme Court's interpretation of commerce power including narrowing of the Congress's commerce clause power, upholding commerce power in order to regulate intrastate activities, and dormant commerce clause. Furthermore, the implication for policy and practice of public health is stated.
