The article focuses on an approach to an interdisciplinary, team-taught course that structures the curriculum so that metacognition and revision are supported. Topics include challenges that writing instructors face in their courses in cultivating metacognition and recursive writing process; and importance of self-reflection and meaningful revision during the writing process.
