Venous blush (active bleeding) is noticed near the right posterior wall of the uterus (arrow) Following CT, the first patient underwent laparoscopy, revealing 1 L of hemoperitoneum and high-grade endometriosis with adhesions, later converted to laparotomy due to posterior uterine wall bleeding which was inaccessible to the scope. 2 Abdominal ultrasound showing the liver (L), empty gall bladder (GB) Rt kidney (RK) The patient was rushed to the operating theater where she underwent laparotomy and hysterectomy.
