- Abstract
The article focuses on the study which discusses the formation of the ordered Pd-Cu solid solution and single-phase (β phase) thin foil with CsCl-type lattice during magnetron sputtering. The study is investigated by X-ray diffraction, transmission electron microscopy (TEM), and atomic force microscopy (AFM). Results show that Pd-Cu alloy can improve the performance of membrane element.
