The Public Administration assumes the alternative resolution of consumer litigation through the Juntas Arbitrales de Consumo. This paper analyses the difficulties presented by the normative of this extrajudicial mechanism for the establishment of taxes that contribute to provide funding for of the public expenditure they generate.
