- Abstract
Objective: To assess the compliance of the requirements of Organization and Management based Resolution 1619/2015 in the laboratories of the State Social Enterprises at the department of Atlántico. Methodology: The descriptive cross-sectional study was developing had 20 clinical laboratories, as a sample of the State Social Enterprises making part of the Red Pblica del Departamento del Atlántico. All of these laboratories met using the Standards verification tool. After, the data were systematized and analyzed. Results: According to the data analysis, Method Assurance is the highest compliance requirement because 100% of laboratories implemented it. Meanwhile, the most unfulfilled condition is Metrological Traceability. Conclusion: The laboratories did not meet 100% of the requirements. Since the implementation of the quality standards in resolution 1619 of 2015 is clear and mandatory. Therefore, the laboratories can't guarantee exact results.
