- Abstract
The article presents the study on arsenic exposure among children in communities close to a former copper smelter in Anaconda, Montana. The study involved two- to six-year-old children, interview with parents and analysis of urine samples. It used various study methods such as atomic absorption spectroscopy, Mann-Whitney U test and Wilcoxon signed rank test. Results indicate the importance of considering other factors in studying arsenic exposure, such as behavior.
