- Abstract
The article investigates the restoration of outer segments of foveal photoreceptor layer in the eyes with resolved central serous chorioretinopathy (CSC). According to the results of optical coherence tomography, the inner and outer segments of the photoreceptors (IS/OS) line in53 patients was detected beneath the fovea immediately after resolution of the retinal detachment, while the foveal IS/OS line in21 eyes could not be detected after CSC resolution. Visual acuity was considered good in the first group, while the second group ranged from 0.1 to 1.5.
