- Abstract
This article provides information on several research concerning international and comparative industrial relations and concerned governmental policies. In a joint project with A. D. Boyd of the Government of Canada and E. G. Wertheim of Northeastern University, researcher Andrew Gross is focusing on the career patterns of engineers and scientists in industrialized countries. Researchers Michael Jay Jedel and Duane Kujawa of Florida International University are studying perceptions of Central American managers on the employment, labor relations and other social effects of U.S. multinationals.
