- Abstract
This article comments on a previous article in this issue concerning a program focused on equal employment opportunity implemented by the United States Office of Federal Contract Compliance. The author outlines several of his perceived problems associated with the program. He discusses the prevalence of race discrimination in employment, in relation to the effectiveness of this specific program. He also suggests an outcome measure for evaluating the compliance program and its ability to reduce discrimination in the U.S. labor market.
