- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 10-year-old male with history of headache and gait disturbance for two months. Examination revealed papilloedema, upgaze palsy, gait ataxia and spasticity in both lower limbs, and magnetic resonance imaging revealed a well defined lesion at pineal region that seemed hypointense. The patient underwent endoscopic biopsy and third ventriculostomy, and histopathology showed a moderately cellular tumor with the tumor cells arranged in lobules and sheets.
