- Abstract
To promote the selfish nodes of wireless networks to participate in cooperative communication, the cooperation bandwidth allocation (CBA) strategies based on bargaining solutions are proposed. The proposed strategies solve the problem that how many bandwidth the nodes should share with each other in cooperative communication. Firstly, the problem of CBA is modeled as a bargaining process in cooperative game, and then the solution of CBA based on Nash bargaining solution (NBS) is obtained by adopting Lagrange multiplier method. Secondly, a new strategy based on Kalai-Smoriodinsky bargaining solution (KSBS) is raised. Finally, the fairness of CBA based on NBS and KSBS is studied in detail. Simulation results represent that the proposed KSBS-based CBA has the similar performance with the NBS-based CBA in term of users' utility, but has the fairer performance.
