The article presents a case study of a 62-year-old man with progressive exertional dyspnea. Topics include medical history being significant for chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) with mediastinal mass; complete blood count revealing a normal hemoglobin and white blood cell count with lymphocytes; and diffuse airway wall thickening being seen in patients with asthma and smokers with chronic bronchitis.
