- Authors
Ravanmehr, Hossein
- Abstract
The article discusses a presentation by Hossein Ravanmehr at the 6th International Orthodontic Congress held in Paris, France about the technique in diagnosing the need for removal of adenoids in growing children using lateral cephalograms. It briefly discussed the studies conducted on patients aged 6 to 15 years that included those with mouth breathing that resulted from nasopharyngeal obstruction (NPO). It was proven that the type of mouth breathing had direct effects on dentofacial morphology.
