- Abstract
In order to improve the mechanical performance of ultrasonic motor with path annular traveling wave, a miniature patch longitudinal bending composite excitation cylindrical ultrasonic motor is proposed. Ultrasonic motor is proposed based on the advantages of working mode of d31 and d33. The proposed motor contains single arm amplitude transformer and an annular transducer, and with integrated structure. The working principle of motor is introduced, ANSYS is adopted to accomplish the design and simulation, and the resonance frequencies of the two vibration modes of the motor are tuned to get close to each other. Vibration tests of prototype by a scanning laser Doppler vibrometer concide with simulation results well,and the maxium rotational speed attains 268r/min and the maximum output moments 1.1 N • m.
