- Abstract
Lumbar pain is a musculoskeletal disorder characterized by muscle stiffness, fatigue and discomfort, which is found in the lower lumbar spine. The aim of this study is to associate levels of pelvic loin rhythm with low back pain. This study was carried out through analytical research. The article included individuals from 18 to 40 years considered active, of both sexes, students of the University Center of Guanambi UniFG. The subjects underwent a dynamic evaluation of the pelvic loin rhythm. The study was presented to the Ethics Committee at Plataforma Brasil and to the Ethics Committee of the Italian University Institute of Rosario. This research has the number of opinion 1,904,520 and reference (CAAE: 61305616.5.0000.8068) according to the Brazil Platform committee. It was observed that 18% of the patients had acute lumbar pain, 28% subacute and 54% chronic and in relation to the pelvic lobe rhythm 19.8% of the individuals had a poor pelvic loin rhythm, 24.4% had a regular rhythm, 39.5% of the individuals observed a good pelvic loin rhythm, while 16.3% presented excellent pelvic loin rhythm. It has been found that there is a significant correlation between low back pain and pelvic loin rhythm. People with low back pain presented the most negative and regular patterns of pelvic loin rhythm, while individuals without low back pain presented excellent rhythms.
